Who we are
We decide how the details you give us on this website are used, which makes us their controller. For any question about your data, email hello@iminevents.ai.
What we collect and why
When you register your interest, the form collects one thing: your work email. We use it only to contact you about imin and about early access. We make no automated decisions about you.
You don't have to give us your details; without your work email we can't contact you.
Our legal basis
Legitimate interests. Our interest is to answer your request to hear about early access, and to tell people who asked about imin what we are doing.
Your right to object
You can object at any time to our use of your details, including for marketing. Email hello@iminevents.ai or use the unsubscribe link in any email, and we'll stop.
Who receives your details
- ExpoPlatform Limited, our parent company. Its systems hold our CRM, Pipedrive, and run the n8n automation for us, as our processor.
- Pipedrive, our CRM, where we keep your registration.
- Google Workspace, our email, which we write to you from.
- n8n, which hands your registration from this website to Pipedrive.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS), which hosts this website.
Outside the UK
Some of these providers store or access data outside the UK, including in the EU and the US. When they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, or on the UK's approved contract terms: the International Data Transfer Agreement, or the Addendum to the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Two years from our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, and to correct or delete them or limit how we use them. Email hello@iminevents.ai and we will take care of it.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies.
If you chat with Nimi on an organiser's website
Event organisers can put Nimi on their own websites. When you chat with Nimi there, the organiser is the controller of what you give, and their privacy notice applies. We act for them as their processor. To use your rights over those details, contact the organiser.
